Shop for a Cause! Downtown Kennewick T-Shirt Fundraiser to Raise Funds for Downtown Businesses

You Can Now Wear Your Downtown Kennewick Pride

Here at HDKP we wanted to do something fun to both celebrate and support our downtown community. We also saw that our businesses were hurting and needed help. Then, we got an excellent idea!

We love our downtown and we love all of our businesses and the people who make downtown awesome. We have been wanting to develop swag and merchandise that celebrates downtown for a long time and now is the perfect time to take action. Additionally, in the pursuit of creating swag, we wanted to include as many downtown businesses as possible. What did we do?

We commissioned Kody Flannery of Monarch Tattoo to design a graphic for us. We asked him for an awesome and powerful graphic that celebrates all the things and people that make downtown cool. Boy did he deliver!

The fine folks at Atomic Screen Printing are making our dreams a reality by adding the design to a selection of t-shirts and tanks for men and women and in various colors! The t-shirts are being sold in an online store for easy checkout and purchasing.

100% of the proceeds will be used to directly support the businesses of Downtown Kennewick.

How? We are going to purchase gift cards and service vouchers from downtown businesses and then give those gifts cards away to front-line workers and folks nominated from our community.

Depending on how much money is raised, we hope to be able to help our downtown businesses as they reopen by creating a fund to help with digital growth, signage, or supplying their staff with PPE and hand sanitizer.
