SOCO Creative Arts Festival in Downtown Kennewick is a festival of festivals!
On Saturday, September 21st Kennewick Ave from Dayton Street to Washington Street will be closed to car traffic and open to outdoor dining, retail, and entertainment from 10 am-4 pm!
This is a Downtown Kennewick-wide event and includes:
Local Creatives selling crafts, handmade items, food, and other sundries and delights!
Live Art Demonstrations
Live Music
SEW (South Eastern Washington) Inspired Quilt Festival, hosted by Discount Vac & Sew.
Woodworking Street Sale, hosted by White’s Finished Furniture and Hardwood.
WHAT DOES the SOCO Creative Arts Festival LOOK LIKE?
On Saturday, September 21st Kennewick Ave from Dayton Street to Washington Street will be closed to car traffic and open to outdoor dining, retail, and entertainment from 10 am-4 pm!

Artist Alley art booths and local vendors selling crafts, handmade items, food, and other sundries and delights!
Outdoor Quilt Show, hosted by Discount Vac & Sew
Historic Quilt Display from the collection of the East Benton County Historical Society, hosted at the Kennewick First Methodist Church
Woodworkers Show & Street Sale, hosted by White’s Finished Furniture and Hardwood
Live Musical Performances, and other performances
Sidewalk Chark Art Contest hosted by Bristle Gallery.
Cosplay Fashion Show at the Eagles Lodge
Billy Frank Jr. maquette—a replica of the statue to be installed in National Statuary Hall. Crafted by renowned sculptor Haiying Wu will be on display at DS Watkins Gallery

Join us at DS Watkins Gallery from September 19-21 for an exclusive viewing of the Billy Frank Jr. maquette, a replica of the statue that will soon stand in Washington, D.C.’s National Statuary Hall. This event is part of the SOCO Creative Arts Festival, celebrating Kennewick's rich cultural scene. Don’t miss this opportunity to honor the legacy of Indigenous rights leader Billy Frank Jr.
